Betty Carroll lives in Syracuse, New York along with her husband. They have three adult children and four grandsons. In 1998 with her third child in high school, Betty was looking for a new volunteer opportunity. At the same time an ad appeared in the local newspaper describing a new program that was starting up in Onondaga County.  Fast forward 25 years and Betty is still involved with CASA both on the local level as a volunteer and past director. Betty now serves on the NYS Board of Directors as treasurer.
