Mary Ward is a Human Resources Business Partner, Team Lead, with Employer Services Corporation, a professional employer organization located in Buffalo, New York. Mary partners with a variety of organizations throughout Western New York and the United States.  In her role, she works closely with business leaders to develop strategic initiatives that improve organizations and leverage their best asset, their people. 

Mary has more than twenty years of Human Resources experience. She resides in the Buffalo area with her husband, Daniel, and their four children.
